Whether it be a loose gemstone, jewelry, or a watch you’ve been wanting, we are here to make your purchasing process a lot easier. It is now our responsibility to deliver the Wellington’s Loupe experience that you’ll never forget.
Our consultations are timed at 1 hr. per session, however, if you require more time, that will be no problem (please state the time length when you contact us).

Our Concierge and Consulting service often works together. After completing consultation and you’ve made the decision to work with us we then begin to source your special one-of-a-kind pieces.
We structure this service based on your wants needs, and your location.
Consultation and Concierge service is a four step process (see below for details) that is applied in a delicate way. As we get to step 3 our concierge service elevates a few levels. We then either accompany you to the jewelry store or we bring the store to you in order for you to fall in love and make your purchase.
Consultancy & Concierge
- Travelling and prefer to source your purchase in that country at a more affordable/duty free cost.
- Has interest in a piece of jewelry or a watch, but having a hard time sourcing it. (limited edition or not).
- Just wanting some advice and questions answered about uncertainties you've always wondered about.
- Interested in a piece of jewelry or watch, but prefer to not go through the hassle that comes with shopping.
- Interested in making a purchase for your self, a friend, or a loved one, but you're unsure of what to get and how much such purchase is worth.
The 4-Step Process
Let’s talk! Book a consultation where we’ll discuss everything from your one-of-a-kind/exclusive needs, to your timeline and your budget. Pieces can feature whatever precious stones you prefer which includes diamonds, sapphires, emeralds, rubies, and more.
After learning more about you and your wants, our team will hand-select a specific set of diamonds and other gemstones that fit your style and needs. We’ll put together a detailed quote with an initial approximation of the hours we will need to complete a project. Through this experience, we will work closely to ensure the highest quality and best value for your piece.
The hourly rate is USD 150, with most projects ranging from a total of three to six hours.
This is the next step after doing our homework based on your wants and requests. We have sourced a curated selection of stones, watches, and or jewelry that meet your criteria and provide you with objective recommendations on which stone(s) to select.
You will be be escorted by owner Sharma-Lee W. to selected stores to have a final look at our selections. Our job is to ensure that you receive the best possible price and the best quality product.
Once you’re happy with the pieces we’ve selected and have given your approval, the next step would be to finalize your purchase.
Receive your beautiful piece whether it is for a special occasion or even just an add to my collection!
We also advise about how to care for your beautiful pieces.
