The 4-Step Process
Lock in dates
Let’s talk! We talk about what you as a company want to gain from the training. You will then advise me of the brands you carry, employee numbers, etc.
Review in Store
After Process One is completed, I will visit the store the day before the training to view what is in store and monitor employees in action. After this, I will then discuss it with the person in charge once more to make sure we are both on the same page.
Revision and Retweet
This is where I go over the material already prepared and make the necessary adjustments that will best suit the employees, store, and management requests. This is my opportunity to personalize my training material based on the Stores DNA.
Development Day
This is the day we’ve been prepping and preparing for. We execute our training and development sessions in the most comfortable way so that both myself and the staff can be filled with knowledge or even bring back memories about information they once knew, but forgot about.
